The Pilates Collective Surrey hosts our website on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We use Arketa (Sutra Fitness, Inc.) for their booking system and marketing suite. Arketa complies with UK and EU GDPR for its users, operating under a unified standard data-processing model. They collect registration and billing details, fitness activity (bookings), and communications. Data is secured, processed, and governed globally by standardized privacy safeguards and standard contractual clauses.
